We are looking for a Production Planner that will be part of our Manufacturing Coordination and Planning team. The Production Planner's responsibilities include the timing alignment between supply chain and production schedule and the monitor and update of the schedule to meet the production deadlines. He will be on the first line for the alignment of the activities with our ERP/MRP system recently implemented. The function will also require significant interaction with other company departments, such as Procurement, Project Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Mission Management. The Production Planner will play a significant role on the continuous improvement of the manufacturing processes. RESPONSIBILITIES  • Effecting update of production schedules to ensure that deadlines are met;  • Manufacturing process improvement towards lean manufacturing, industry 4.0; • Alignment between production activities and EPR system;  • Follow the implementation of a new planning module of the ERP; • Schedule the periodical maintenance of complex tools and machinery;  • Interface with the procurement team to ensure that arrival schedule of needed components, materials and services are coherent with the production schedule; • Interface with the project management team to report status and performances; • Identification and resolution of production issues to minimize delays; • Planning of manufacturing activities.   QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS • Experience of 2 – 5 years as production planner;  • Basic knowledge of EPR/MRP software, preferably INFOR LN (nice to have); • Resilience and ability to work in a fast-paced environment; • Ability to work in a team setting to meet tight schedules; • Good organizational and time management skills; • Good problem solving skills.   EDUCATION  • Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or equivalent LANGUAGE • Full professional proficiency of English language   At D-Orbit, diversity and inclusivity are not just values, they are integral to our mission and the way we operate. Apply now and join us in shaping the future of space.   D-Orbit is looking for a System Electrical and Electronics Engineer to join our Hardware Engineering team and actively follow Electrical and Electronic units design. Deal with Electrical and Electronic design from requirements definition to technical design specification including harness. Support the System, Manufacturing and Mechanical engineering teams throughout the full product development life-cycle. Follow technical data exchange with suppliers and support Sys AIV team during units integration and tests. Participate to other HW Engineering activities involving both requirements definition, electrical design, verification and tests.   Tasks and Responsibilities:    - Integrate electronic subsystems into the overall spacecraft design, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless functionality. - Be responsible of the technical design documentation of electronic boards including requirements, design description, WCA, PSA , FMEA  reliability ,procedure management and test coordination. - Keep up with and know industry and space standards and technologies. - Work with Hardware Engineers and manufacturing team for development and sustaining of current products. - Maintain detailed documentation of system designs, specifications, and test results to comply with company standards and regulatory requirements. - Identify and select appropriate electronic components for new space application, considering factors such as radiation tolerance, power efficiency, and durability for use in space environments.   Required Technical Skills:    - Work experience of at least 7 years in space/avionics industries. - Experience with Altium designer tool. - Experience with Spice simulation tool. -  A self-starter and highly motivated with strong organizational skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills; - Proactive attitude and ability to work in team and individually; - MSc degree in Electronics or equivalent practical experience.   Preferred Qualifications:   - Experienced with state-of-the-art PCB design tools and methodology. - Proficient with high-speed, mixed-signals and power conversion design. - Proficient in using electronic lab instruments (oscilloscope, multimeter, spectrum analyser, power supply, electronic load, etc) - Knowledge of common electronic interfaces like CAN, SPI, I2C, RS-422, RS-485, Space-Wire, MIL-1553. - Proficient with common ECSS standard electronic analyses like PSA, WCA and FMEA/FMECA. - Knowledge of ECSS standard EMC and Sys design, - Knowledge of Space Power and Avionic Unit architecture - Knowledge of FPGA , microcontroller and SoC architecture is a plus. - Knowledge of RF system is a plus.   Language:    This role requires professional proficiency in English and fluency in Italian.   At D-Orbit, diversity and inclusivity are not just values, they are integral to our mission and the way we operate.
