To ensure this you will be working in close relation with the Line of Business Owner of the business segment you are assigned to and other technical and programmatic Point of Contacts such as Head of Technology, Program Managers and Lead Engineers.   In the role you oversee the design and implementation of operations for the services you are assigned to. The ideal candidate has an outstanding capacity to see patterns and relationships where others may not and is capable of drawing services optimizing business deliveries. In addition, the ideal candidate has a deep understanding of mission/project management, and a background in business administration.   Tasks and Responsibilities:    -  Develop and implement strategies for providing services to customers in line with Line of Business needs. - Manage and coordinate service development activities through requirements identification, operations design, budget and cost analysis and trade-off, leading to successful implementation to assure service delivery. To ensure mission execution as per the company's launch manifest, you will be responsible for identifying and establishing the required infrastructures. - Issue and maintain Services documentations to be used for commercial purposes and related Service Statement of Work / Service Level Agreement in close collaboration with Line of Business Owners, Sales and the Fleet team. - Contribute with strategical, tactical, and managerial leadership for successful implementation of the services, with the goal of optimizing business outcome.
