We are looking for a Enterprise Software Implementation Manager :
The Enterprise Software Implementation Manager is responsible for leading the selection, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise software solutions such as ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), PLM (Product Lifecycle Management), CRM, and other business-critical applications. This role requires a strong balance between project management, business analysis, and technical expertise, ensuring that new and existing IT systems meet the operational needs of the company while supporting its growth in the space industry.
The position will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, software vendors, and system integrators to gather requirements, design solutions, and manage the end-to-end implementation process.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Management for Enterprise Software Implementation
• Lead the full project lifecycle for ERP, PLM, CRM, and other business applications, from requirements gathering to deployment and post-go-live support.
• Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (finance, operations, engineering, procurement, etc.) to drive successful adoption of new systems.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring a smooth implementation process.
• Ensure proper documentation of system configurations, workflows, and business processes.
2. Business Requirements Analysis & Solution Design
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges and translate them into functional and technical system requirements.
• Evaluate current business processes, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements through software solutions.
• Define system workflows, integrations, and data structures to optimize enterprise applications for the organization's needs.
• Ensure alignment of IT systems with industry best practices and regulatory requirements in the aerospace sector.
3. Technology & System Integration
• Work with IT teams and external vendors to configure, customize, and integrate enterprise applications.
• Ensure seamless data migration and integration between ERP, PLM, and other core systems.
• Oversee API and middleware integrations between various business platforms.
• Evaluate on-premises vs. cloud-based solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
4. Change Management & User Adoption
• Develop training materials and conduct workshops for end-users to maximize system adoption and efficiency.
• Act as the key point of contact for internal teams during and after system deployment.
• Establish best practices and governance models for system usage and data management.
• Gather feedback from users to drive continuous improvement of enterprise applications.
5. Vendor & Stakeholder Management
• Manage relationships with software vendors, consultants, and system integrators, ensuring successful project execution and post-implementation support.
• Negotiate contracts and service level agreements (SLAs) with software providers.
• Facilitate regular status meetings with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and challenges.
Education & Experience
• 5+ years of experience in implementing enterprise software solutions (ERP, PLM, CRM, or similar systems).
• Experience in the space, aerospace, or manufacturing industry is highly desirable.
• Strong background in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid). PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus
Technical Skills
• Hands-on experience with ERP (e.g., Infor LN, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics ), PLM (e.g., Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Windchill), and other enterprise software.
• Understanding of SQL databases, APIs, cloud platforms, and system integrations.
• Experience with business process modeling (BPM) and workflow automation.
• Familiarity with data migration strategies and best practices.
Soft Skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
