You will be part of the Finance Team and will carry out Management Control activities for the Group, dealing with:

Tasks and Responsibilities:


  • Preparation of the annual budget and quarterly forecast of the Group adequate to
    ensure the consistency and reliability of data.
  • Development and management of monthly and quarterly reports to analyse
    deviations between Actual vs Budget/Forecast
  • Detecting the areas of deviation from the Budget and analyzing the underlying
    reasons.
  • Setting of forecast cash flow on a monthly and quarterly basis and periodic updates.
  • Promote the development of Planning and Control tools.
  • Preparation of presentations for the Management.
  • Provide support in accounting closures, as well as in deviations between planned
    and final balance and between budget and forecast.
  • Collaboration with key stakeholders, particularly Sales, Procurement, People and
    Operations.

Required Technical Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Degree in Economics or Management Engineering
  • Knowledge of ERP and BI and Reporting systems
  • Experience in financial modelling (budgeting and monitoring)
  • Experience in an international/multinational context
  • Previous experience in a company with high-growth business will be considered a
    plus
  • Ability to interface with many different interlocutors (shareholders, directors,
    auditors, investors, etc.)
  • People Management skills
  • Analytical skills, attention to detail
  • Excellence knowledge of MS Office

Language:

This role requires professional proficiency in English.
